Wheeling Catholic is a Pre-K through 8th grade school.

We are pleased to be able to offer small classrooms with individualized instruction and particular attention to the needs of each student. We have the ability to provide one on one instruction with students who are in need of extra assistance in any of the curriculum areas. We also have the ability to challenge those students who are excelling in certain areas of the curriculum.

We work in partnership with the Wheeling Symphony and the Stifel Fine Arts Center to provide music classes and performing arts classes to the students in K-8th grades.

We have a proven success rate with working with students with individual developmental needs and have transitioned students with autism into our mainstream classrooms. The staff and faculty of Wheeling Catholic Elementary are 100% committed to the education of your child.

We exceed in all areas of curriculum and have had regular participants in the Regional Science and Social Studies Fairs, as well as, the Diocesan Spelling Bees and the Wheeling News Register Spelling Bees.

Our curriculum meets the standards and objectives put forth by the state of WV and the Department of Education.

The most unique and rewarding experience that your child will have while attending Wheeling Catholic Elementary is our Faith Based education. The students are educated on the Roman Catholic Religion and are taught to treat each other with love and respect.
