Sports Program
A sports program is available for
boys and girls in grades 5 - 8. Wheeling Catholic belongs to the Wheeling
Parochial League and participates in sports with other Catholic schools.
Students are under the guidance of the coaches and moderators of these
activities. In accordance with West
Virginia state law, any student who is absent
for any portion of the academic day due to illness may not participate in
any athletic activity that day.
Eligibility is reviewed on a regular basis and is based on both
academics and behavior.
