WHEELING CATHOLIC continues the heritage of an educational program and environment that supports the choice of parents and center city parishes to share gospel values with our children by:

Philosophy

The core philosophy of Wheeling Catholic School holds that a learning community that practices Gospel values will support families as they seek to raise and educate their children. The total school environment to which families entrust their children must be compassionate, respectful, unselfish, and oriented to justice and service of others. Within such an environment formation of character will take place and instruction in curriculum will be most effective. Recognizing the critical impact of the family and the home environment on the formation of children, Wheeling Catholic seeks a mutually collaborative relationship between home and school. Students, families, faculty, and staff will hold one another accountable for making this philosophy the lived experience at Wheeling Catholic.
